I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

Great customer service and great prices (parts + labor was quoted way less than the dealer)! Had to get some sensors replaced for my 2002 Honda Accord. The mechanic was fast! I waited no longer than 20 minutes for the new sensor to get installed. I also requested to get a power steering flush but the mechanic was honest enough to tell me that i didn't need one. The mechanic took the time and walked me through, in detail, what i do or didn't need to get replaced. I'll definitely be coming back in

Best mechanic shop I have ever gone to. Marco is the most honest mechanic I have ever seen and not once has he taken advantage of me or anyone in my family. I will only take my vehicle to Marco to fix because he's a GOOD and HONEST mechanic.
I drive a 16 year old gmc and after he fixed the suspension and put new tires on it the thing has been riding like a Cadillac and I enjoy driving it now.
one word to describe the customer service and the quality of the work and that is MAGNIFICENT.

Chandra. Is. Amazing. Period. My uncle and dad introduced me to his business. I have been going for oil changes and have had various problems looked at over the last 3 years or so, including brakes and check engine lights. He has also inspected a vehicle I was selling and barely charged. He NEVER overcharges and he is always fast and reliable he won’t fix things that don’t need fixing but he does extras without piling on cost. An honest honourable reliable place to take your car!!

This is a great shop that uses common sense to troubleshoot auto electrical issues. Reasonable rates for some solid service to boot! They saved me money that I couldn't afford at the time as well. They truly went above and beyond in repairing my Impala ABS and Trac Off warning light issue, a trait hard to find with the bigger repair shops these days. Thanks to the guys at Maxwell auto.. I went to Millwoods Auto Inspection for a Salvage inspection. Not knowing what to expect I found Al very helpful and very easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and I ended up doing the inspection with him. Once the inspection was complete they took me into the shop to have a look at my car and go over the problems I had. It was 2 easy fixes and I got my certificate. Thanks for all your help.
