I was travelling to the Okanagan from Alberta for a ski trip last month, and noticed my car was making some clunking noises on the way up the mountain, so I took it into the nearest shop I could find (Highway 33 AutoPro) and they turned out to be just excellent! They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle at a very reasonable price, and they walked me through everything they were going to do beforehand. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for auto repairs in the Kelowna area!

The management provides exceptional customer service. I was shown how to us the laundry facilities from start to finish in a patient and friendly manner. I appreciated the dedication he had to appreciate and connect with me. The machines are well maintained and it is kept clean. I have been bringing my diesel in since 2014, and will continue to. You get full customer service here. The owner cares about his customers. The mechanics are awesome, efficient, and detailed. They give me plenty of information and advice on how to move forward with my repairs.

Probably one of the best auto repair shops I have been to, they were very reliable, had great communication, didn't do extra work, but confirmed the work required after the diagnosis. Their head mechanic went over the invoice with us on top of the service underwriter. They even had a courtesy vehicle for me to use while mine was stuck in the shop for the day.
