Darren and his crew were excellent. Hard working and accountable. They were there everyday until our move was ready and back when it was ready to be lowered on to the new foundation. From our first meetings and estimates on costs to him handing over the keys to our new home. IDL was personable, well spoken, friendly and kept us informed. My wife and I can be demanding and he was more than obliging to all our requests and able to keep them on budget. Any small issues with subcontractors he dealt with swiftly and professionally. A totally positive experience for us, especially considering all the horror stories most people tell about their contractors.
