Cole inspected a house today with lead paint & asbestos. He checked the walls, flooring, attic & small addition. All my fears, stress and worries left after he gave us his expert opinion. I was traveling from out of town and had my check engine light come on in my Ford F150. The truck was not accelerating well. The Kal Tire representative checked the truck and oil level, and said it appeared a sensor was needing to be replaced. One was ordered overnight, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, so they removed the new one and replaced it with the old sensor and didn't charge me a dime! Really impressed by the staff and service they gave me! Thank You so much!

Over the years, I personally have purchased over $10k worth of gear from Long and McQuade. About 7 years ago, Kamloops became my store. My relationship with L&M, their service and quality of equipment has been consistently excellent. Lyla is an absolute joy to work with. Recently, I have started purchasing my church equipment for PA sound etc from them.
That said... Over the years I have had two issues with purchases. Both were resolved quickly and pleasantly.
