I was thrilled with the fast, courteous response received by the technician from J-Tech. He was capable and quick to recover all the computer's data that was thought to be forever lost!
I had an experience wth another company that wasn't able to recover our family's memories in photos, and I felt that if they couldn't, no one could! I was wrong! The technician from J Tech can and will find all your lost data, and can even fix issues like your children breaking off headphone plugs!

Well, because of a cognitive error on my part, I ended up using reverse look-up on their tech support number, to see who was on the other end of a flurry of past calls in the middle of the night. (I had called them to upgrade my Satellite/Internet service.) Anyway: good company, good service, both locally and remotely (and they speak English - fluently!). Signed up on the recommend of a good friend, two or three years ago, and am fully satisfied.
