After two years of Covid, I was finally able to get my first check up in a long while; what a welcoming sight walking into a newly renovated office, doesn't look dark and dreary anymore. Dr. Randy Gerber and his staff will take very good care of you and your feet. Their offices located in Kelowna and Penticton are very clean, the staff are both kind and courteous and will help with whatever your foot needs are. I personally like the Kelowna office for a couple reasons, it's a newer facility with much more room inside the patients rooms, that if you need\have someone with you, there is lots of room and sitting room. plus, they are open more. He's a great Dr.. I recommend!

I must admit I was very nervous when I entered their office. However the Staff is very friendly and soon put me at ease. In addition they billed the insurance company for my visit. I never had to pay a cent!
For a Dental Visit it was one of the best experiences I have ever had.

I love this place! The staff are amazing, and make you feel SO comfortable. They make every effort to talk to you and explain things in detail if need be. The hygienists are all so gentle, you would never know they were cleaning while they do it. Very trendy location, and decor. Hopefully they get Wi-Fi sometime soon so you can use your phone to watch shows as an alternative to the great TV's they have for each patient room!
