I was looking for a new mechanic and after reading excellent reviews on Chris's Garage I decided to take my vehicle to them. His shop is clean and organized, nice little waiting room. Very honest, reasonable and a nice man. He went above and beyond to help me out. I am so happy and thankful I have found him. I am so impressed with George and his business I would give him 10 Stars. I highly recommend him.

I called today (Saturday) at 11:00 am to ask if I could bring my car in as my back tire was low. They told me to come in at 11:30. I did that and my tire had a nail in it and they repaired it. I was gone by 12:00. I was thoroughly impressed by the politeness of the staff. I will definitely go there again. Too bad the business name doesn't indicate they do more than just tires. I would have gone there for oil changes, too. Excellent experience and I have already recommended them.

Was rear ended in my 2016 mitsubishi lancer gts.Took it to car star in stoney creek.Car was ready before they said it would be. When i dropped it off the interior and exterior were very dirty. When i picked it up it was spotless they even cleaned the tires to get them as black as they were when it was new which proves they go the extra mile because washing the car is great but using a special product for tires is outstanding. This is my first time at Felix Automotive Co. Felix car repair shop on #6 Hwy was recommended by 2 ladies, widowed, and are very pleased with the work they have done along with the extended hours they have.
Shaun the owner/manager was very accommodating and explained the repairs before it was done and after. This job would have cost me twice as much at the dealer. I will be a 'forever' customer from now on.

Eric is highly recommended. Easy to talk with, accommodating, did a perfect job on the rear bumper. When a daughter saw a rear light burnt out, I thought perhaps they had touched the wires. Asked if he could see the car I brought it in the next day and left it there, but upon return home, he had found the problem and repaired it, two burned out lights, which he did not charge for. An embarrassing journey in my life, but great service from Eric. J
