Can't recommend this company and Lou and Kevin highly enough! I had a vehicle mishap today that required 2 tow trucks and a technical recovery. It was a rural area and where I went off was difficult to locate. Lou and Kevin went well above and beyond and preserved to find me and my vehicle (including walking down a very long steep gravel road to try to see if that was were I was located, as well as checking back n'forth along the main road when they couldn't find me). Darren quoted me less than half of what BOYD quoted for a new bumper and colour matching. He tried to source a bumper from multiple places, ensuring that he could get me the best deal. I realized I didn’t have a way to work after dropping my car off, so he kindly offered to drop me off himself. He also waited past closing for me to pickup my car. The colour match was perfect.
