I made the mistake of trusting Google maps, which took me down a wrong road. ADV did everything in their power to help me even when it turned into a shitty situation for them and they had to bring in a second tow truck because the road was so bad. After all that the owner (who is also the one who got up at 2 in the morning to come help too) called AMA on my behalf and got them to cover more which significantly lowered my bill. Long story short this is a Ma and Pa business that actually cares.

Rita and family at Kitties Home Away From Home are amazing. They have helped us out with cat boarding multiple times over the years, and I cannot thank them enough. Our cats are so well cared for with Rita, and she even goes above and beyond for us to care for our female cat post surgery. The photos were taken by Rita’s family during their stay. T - 30°C, my car refused to start at the Superstore parking lot. I called AMA for assistance and they sent in Clarence of Flynn Towing. He was so nice and very understanding. Although the car did not start after boosting he offered to wait for the flat bed truck to deliver the car to AutoTrac - prevent any damage from very bumpy roads due to snow drift and poor snow clearing. Next day, car was towed by very professional ladies from Flynns. Towing service was excellent throughout.

My septic system was down in the middle of winter. I called Lisa at their dispatch. She had 2 people to my house within 2 hours on short notice. They showed up and had it fixed in 30 minutes. While riding up north with some friends, we stayed in Quesnel for 3 days. On a lark, we thought we’d look into gold panning, just for a giggle.
We found Tenorex in the YPs and gave Angelique (sp?) a call. We stopped by her shop that day, and picked up a pan and a shovel. She gave us a couple of hints, and pointed us in the right direction. We didn’t “strike it rich”, but we had a blast!
She knows what she’s talking about, and is passionate about what she does!
Great little shop!!

I wanted to share a story...Hank(8) had his first filling the other day. I didn’t talk to him much about it before the appointment. I didn’t want him to start getting anxious about the needle. Dr Fehr and her lovely assistant( sorry, spaced her name) were so FANTASTIC with him. He felt so at ease thru the whole process. They spoke to him soft and sweet and laughed at all his jokes.?. When it was all said and done he didn’t even realize that he had had a needle to administer the freezing.

We went into The Brick in Prince George - just to look at and compare prices on a dryer.
Nirmal a knowledgeable and very personable salesperson asked if she could help. She had answers to all our questions and showed us several dryers. At the start of our hunting trip I hit a rock and split the side wall on my quad tire .I needed a quad tire and they happen to have one the size I needed. They changed it over to my rim in 15 minutes on a Saturday at a very reasonable price. I was able to continue hunting and were very successful. These girls had my SUV done in 3 Hrs when it should have taken 5! They didn’t even cut corners either. My Vehicle looked brand new when they were finished and I had really bad carpets that were caked in frozen food from kids and the cup holder was ooey and gooey as well as frozen and they got rid of everything. Don’t know how they did it but they exceeded my expectations.
