A veritable cornucopia of eclectic items are sold here. Although they have their basic. stock merchandise, it’s the unusual stuff they bring in from wherever that sparks my interest here. I noticed in the previous comments that there were complaints about staff’s knowledge on the products but given that much of the stock can vary, it’s almost impossible for anyone to know everything. I go and browse the aisles and often scratching my head wondering at the purpose of this or that product...

Sam (Samantha)is the best, she figured out my complicated insurance situation when 5 OTHER BC INSURANCE Brokers could not,she spend over an hour of her "own time" to do it.
I was beyond frustrated when I got to her firm. I will NEVER USE anyone else.
BCAA's Representive's did it correctly, they did it right the first time, they did it at the right price, and...they did it with a smile. They will have my business until I die.

Great service, very welcoming and friendly. I had a few nicks and scratches that they buffed out and repainted along with my repair and my old car is looking better than ever. The paint job was nearly perfect apart from a minor imperfection and they finished my major repair in a timely manner. I didn't have car rental coverage, but they supplied me with their on-site loaner car. It was great all-around and i plan on returning in the future.

Wonderful, simply wonderful! Was greeted the moment I walked in, had great service. Manager was positive and helped a lot. Prices were what I expected them to be and clothes they are selling are in great shape. I even found some new stuff for my baby. Rapid Auto Glass is the best! They took care of the entire claim for me so I didn't have to contact ICBC at all. They arranged to come out to my home, drop off a courtesy car, and take my car for the repair. They made every accommodation possible for my busy schedule, and it was all free of charge! They even vacuumed and shampooed my car for free! I was very pleasantly surprised by how wonderful everyone at Rapid was. If you need any auto glass repair done, GO TO RAPID!
