We just had a home inspection done by Ryan at Amerispec last week and he was amazing!! He was extremely thorough and pointed out some very big issues as well as some small ones that some inspectors would probably have just ignored. Once he was done the inspection, he went through the house with us and showed us each issue. We did end up buying the house but we did so knowing exactly what needs fixing. We will absolutely use Ryan again!!

Staff was very pleasant and efficent.Trisha is sometimes a little behind but only when a it more time is needed for fittings. I imagine it is hard to determine what needs extra time until actually seeing the problems. Myself when I put my dentures in they fit comfortable right away, never had that happen before. I never felt rushed and she always asks after my family and my health. Great overall experience and would highly recommend, infact I have.

I can say that the service is top notch and the people there know what they are doing. I recently had them rebuild front shock absorber mounts for my vintage vehicle. I had my Toyota Corolla transmission checked by Kelly. Kelly was cordial, helpful and honest. He scanned my transmission and didnt even charge me while the other transmission place wanted $65 for the scan. He diagnosed the problem correctly and solved my issue. Thank You Kelly.
