After a 12 hour night shift and terrible weather, SOS towing was the only tow that was able to get me out of the ditch and on my way home. The driver was incredibly kind and quick not to disrupt traffic. The driver made sure I was safe and warm and ensured my vehicle was safe to drive. I can't thank you enough for your kind service!

Should have rated years ago. Customer since 2008 and Lloyd has been great at diagnosing auto issues and explaining what you need. He has done everything from oil changes to replacing a motor for me. Work is excellent and I have never had to return for a second fix. Prices are very fair and Lloyd does what he says and will check with you before doing any unplanned work. Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. Went in for a watch battery, ended up buying two estate pieces. I found a ring exactly like my grandmothers, old style diamonds, absolutely beautiful, and they worked out a great deal. As well as that, I bought a emerald bracelet for my daughter. The ladies let me know that if she didn't like it she could come back and exchange it for something else, needless to say my daughter loves it. I will most definitely be back to this store, the staff were great, and the prices are excellent.
