I am surprised at the previous comment about social distancing as I have found this location to have very good COVID protocols in place right from the start. I prefer the format of this location over the newer designs, this layout is easier to maneuver. There is always an appropriate number of tills open & they are quick to open more as needed so you never need to wait in line very long. I have lived in this neighborhood for 18 years and this store is one of the reasons I like living here.

Overall a great company from the first phone call, very professional and polite. Technicians showed up in uniform on time even called to let us know they were on way. They arrived on time and were very professional in my home explaining every process they were doing. Friendly, polite, no mess no fuss. I have recommended them to everyone I know. Brought in a severely broken wrought iron patio table leg. Being cast metal, the broken area was shattered and missing pieces of metal.
They were able to weld it and restore it to new looking condition.

Great experience. Took all the time to answer my questions. Showed up promptly to deliver the rock for the project. Very helpful. Offered to take back any unused rock that I did not need. I installed the stones myself as I was quite particular with the end result.
