I have been a loyal Cool-It customer for nearly 10 years. I am a long haul trucker. I am really impressed with my no-idle HVAC unit. It keeps my truck cool in the summer and warm all winter. I don't idle my engine when it's on so it saves on gas ($) and it's environmentally friendly (zero emissions). Best part is I got a low interest Eco-loan on the purchase from VanCity Credit Union. Adam drove to my home in Chilliwack after his working hours. He brought all the equipment needed to either, put in a new motor, or replace the unit . I opted for the new until. Adam was cheerful, pleasant and made sure the until worked properly . He noticed the suction wasn't up to his liking and he searched for the reason ... he had it working properly and even showed me a feature on my plug in I wasn't aware of . This was old fashion service that I haven' had for years. thank you Adam
