West shore transmission built me a bad transmission and would not fix the problem. I took it to Carl and Jason at sooke centre auto they found broken,damaged and used parts in my trans. They went over and above to get it done with a 3 week booked schedule. Got it done in 3 days and it is an awesome trans. Thanks for the service.

Brought it to Starr to have it done, An hour later I got a call, it was only a missing o-ring, it was sucking air, hence the steering problem. $45 charge. I love Starr Automotive!

Amazing staff, they make one feel like a wanted and important as opposed to feel like a burden like most places. They're such wonderful people and always willing to go out of their way, the whole staff, to help you. They offer many services with a smile. We called on Friday to make an appointment for the next day, Saturday. However, Saturday . started out very badly. The person who made the appointment didn't know there was limited service on Saturdays and the work we needed may not be possible. This was made worse by the fact we travelled by ferry to get here. All is well that ends well, however. Alex somehow got the repairs done for us. He turned an unhappy customer into a happy one and we will come back....maybe not on a Saturday. Thank you
