He was super happy. I tried her and all I can say is I will never use another hairdresser again. She colored my hair. Knew exactly what would suit me and did an amazing cut and color. A hidden gem is tucked into Vernon’s Sun Valley Mall. Unfortunately my glasses snapped at the bridge after a walk in the cold. I was told they can’t be fixed.I happened to be downtown and noticed Gerry‘s sign which said he offered repairs as one of the shop’s services and he was able to provide me with an expert repair. Besides excellent customer service, the shop has a good selection of frames for men, women and children.

We called Matt of DYSYL Tree Removal early Saturday morning of May long weekend with an odd request; to rescue our cat!! She had gone up our tree the day before & was going higher and higher in the wet conditions. He didn't even hesitate with our odd request & said he'd be at our house within the hour. I had to be admitted into emergency for severe pain only to have emergency surgery performed by Dr Eeson. He told me exactly what was gong on and in perfect detail what was going to transpire. With all the Covid and all my allergic matters to medications and drugs, he was amazing! If I could add stars to the ratings they would infinite. Wonderful bedside manner and truly caring!

Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!

Our basset hound has been going to central valley since he was a pup around 6 years ago. We are happy with the staff and vets and the care they provide to our dog. I like that they follow-up each year as needed (check-up reminders, heartworm pill reminders etc). All and all, seems like a well run and caring clinic.

I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Her customer service alone stood out, however her kindness & genuine care is something I will never forget. Thank you Elke, I won't forget your kindness & wish you so much in return :)

Just got our Aunt, with dementia, into Sunpointe. Very clean and staff are very compassionate and caring! We are in Alberta so unable to be close to her all the time but have peace of mind knowing she is safe and well cared for.
