Wow is all I can say. The team Rossco sends out is professional, safety conscious and hardworking. Not only did they remove efficiently my dead and diseased weeping birch; they removed my 60 year old Blue Spruce which was 50+ feet tall. They did this and removed all cuttings and lumber and left my yard neat and tidy. Great group of guys.

He gave us a history lesson on the clock and made sure we knew how to care for, then made it work again. He also helped address our follow-up issues months later, helping us keep our family heirloom safe and working.

Staff was very pleasant and efficent.Trisha is sometimes a little behind but only when a it more time is needed for fittings. I imagine it is hard to determine what needs extra time until actually seeing the problems. Myself when I put my dentures in they fit comfortable right away, never had that happen before. I never felt rushed and she always asks after my family and my health. Great overall experience and would highly recommend, infact I have.
