Just had my Honda Civic in for service today, I was very reluctant because I didn't know the auto body shop, but I was amazed at the total experience. They resolved the problem and did a complete inspection of the car, and they didn't suggest any suspicious repairs. The final price was very fair based upon then time spent diagnosing. The staff was very friendly, offered me coffee and conversation as I waited. I will use them in the future.

I was contacted very professionally and got an appointment with Eddy, he gave the warmest and most professional welcome ever. We sat down and he offered us a drink before anything then started explaining the whole process to us. That’s when I told him I have very bad and poor credit but he did not put me down nor make me feel bad. Very professionally he said , don’t worry I’m here to do my best. And that he did. They guys at Cars and Parts were fantastic, very friendly and knew there stuff. Lots of parts at great pricing. A good Old school wrecking yard.
I drove from Mississauga and they offered me a fresh cup of coffee gave me a water for my drive home.
I work in the automotive industry and I will be referring my customers to them in the future.
