Car was returned perfect . Work was done correct , and the car come back clean, Exterior and interior. Five star indeed.

I needed to take my 1999 Honda Accord in for repair after a hit and run incident.
As soon as I walked into Fix Auto Richmond Hill I noticed how clean and well organized the office was.
Not to mention the staff were very professional and helpful.
Although the owner was busy the other employees were very competent and welcoming.
Also, they are open Saturdays which is very convenient.
I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I took my brand new Chevy Cruze into Eric's Auto Body after my son ran into my rear bumper and smashed my tailgate. Eric was so sweet and helpful. The car turned out great and I was very happy with the service.

Long is my savior! He is honest, reliable, efficient and very trustworthy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest opinion on their car troubles. I made a reservation but had to change to Richmond Hill location due to time. Was dropped off at Hwy 7/Leslie. It was 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. Provided my reservation information to Rodney. No record of reservation and that location did not provide unlimited mileage to the US. My phone was almost dead. I needed a car as we were leaving that night. Amazingly, Rodney made a call and arranged for another company to pick me up from there and he even waited after 6pm. Thank you Rodney.
