This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

Dr. Shew is amazing along with all his staff. I am someone who suffers extreme anxiety with dental procedures and have had to have 3 done in the last year where I couldn’t afford to go to a specialist and be put under. He’s truly amazing at working with anxiety and making me the most comfortable I can be so I can get these things taken care of within financial reason. He is not about money and truly truly cares about his patients. I will never in my life see any other dentist. Im beyond thankful

The mattress set I purchased Black Friday proved defective, and went I attended the store and met Emil (not my original salesperson) his first words were that he would take care of everything, and he did. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They will answer your questions and show you the product if you ask them. Large choice of products with good price ranges. They are my choice for a hardware store, an I recommend them!
