I'm very pleased with the service! They answered the phone within three rings. The technician called me back within two minutes and was at my home in less than an hour. We were impressed with Rudy’s organizational skills in presenting a contract proposal outlining the format he uses in removing snow and the time line clearing a driveway following a snow storm. Our driveway is long and has limitations with regards to places where the snow can de dumped. In spite of this Rudy took on the job. We were very pleased with his service. He is a courteous, friendly, dependable, and careful worker. We highly recommend him.
