Jim Young Collision/Fix Auto Gateway is the most outstanding shop I have ever visited. I have brought both my personal vehicle here for collision repair and my classic car for restoration services. The service I received was excellent, the lady in the office was friendly and thorough, and Joe was so knowledgeable, the collision work on my personal vehicle was awesome and he absolutely knocked my classic vehicle restoration out of the park. I'm VERY particular about where I take my MB for service, and R U Auto is my choice without question. Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with. While you're there you may even get a visit from their poodle Spec. Thanks Roland, Kate and Spec; you are the best!

Highly recommend this business for body work. I used their app for quote and was contacted immediately after submitting info. I dealt with Roy. Super friendly and informative. Repaired my damage from a hit and run on front end of my brand new car. Estimated quote was exact and repair time was a day earlier than expected. My car was detailed inside and out when I picked it up! I'm so impressed with the quality of work and customer service from reception to management that I received. Impressed.

We had an emergency in the middle of the trip. It was the first big snow storm and Greg was so gentle to help us soon. We spent the whole morning there, he changed the main belt, the joints, he fixed our heating (thanks god, we needed so many times!)... Besides being a very good professional, he was kind to offer us coffee for that cold morning. Where in other place we were given a budget of 3000$ to fix the car, he did it for much less and after 7 months, we are not disappointed. Recommended!!!

Two guys done the job, and were exceptional. Got on with the job, and cleaned up everything before leaving. I would recommend this garage floor coating, Polyaspartic to anyone that wants to improve or repair their garage floor. The guys at the dealership also friendly and helpful.
