Gill has been wonderful to me and my threee dogs, no issues whatsoeve. My dogs love going there and when groomed the groomers are very gentle and accommodating. I love the store and the variety of different products. I love this store ! Patricia

After my jeep was broken into and a passenger window was smashed, they were extremely helpful in getting me in for a same day replacement. They were professional, compassionate with my situation, and so very helpful and accommodating when I mentioned my need to get on the road asap. This Rejuve Spa is truly a unique environment for treatment, therapy and healing. I grew up with a Russian banya and saunas experience and visited them a lot in Europe too. I was so moved that upon my arrival the owner Ellana met me at the door, helped with a parking under the snow and respectfully escorted me inside the sauna facility. This was our first time at Swiss Chalet. The restaurant was quite busy for 4PM Sunday, but not packed. The atmosphere was very pleasant.
The waitress seemed to be in a hurry. Looks like they were short staffed. She messed up our drinks and the cook never brought us the buns we were supposed to get with our meal. My tea cup had something dried up on it (looked like brown sugar), which I had to scrape off with my fingers :)))) I didn't bother asking to get a new one.
The food was very tasty, although the dessert (sundae) was far too sweet .
Overall a nice little lower-middle class restaurant with good atmosphere.
The service could be better though.

As a potential customer I was greeted with enthusiastic sales people that were passionate about riding and not appearing to close a sale. The first person to approach me was Ryan (it was written on his shirt) who educated me on some phenomenal road bikes and then Big Dave who convinced me that I need a Freeride Bike for the summer. They tell me that they have 4,000 bikes on the floor at one time. A great retail experience and I will be back. I can honestly say that this is the only bike shop that I felt I needed to take a photo of.
