During an oil change, they provided me with an free estimate for brake service that I needed. I subsequently went in for the work and got upgraded parts w/o affecting the original estimate. Staff was friendly. I will definitely bring my car back.

I recently accepted a job in Yellowknife and would be making the long drive there from Toronto. On the first day of my journey I stopped to get gas and noticed that my vehicle was leaking, even after have a bunch of work done on my car by a mechanic just a few days earlier. I took my car in to have my brake light wiring checked. Tyler helped me; he's a very personable professional. He found that the wiring issue was only minor so he corrected it without even charging me. He even changed my bulbs for free. His honesty and kindness is unmatched compared to some other auto repair shops I've been to. His is now the only shop in Brampton I'll go to.

I can't recommend the staff and service at Sil's enough! As a woman, I've had negative experiences at the dealership...but here, I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of. Their service advisors explain the required work in a way that's easy to understand.
Little extras go a long way, too, like vacuuming and cleaning, pick up and drop off service, and even a complimentary roadside assistance program and extended warranty on work. Referrals are rewarded too!
I personally don't take the Go Train but they're located right next door so this would be really convenient if you leave your car there all day! This is a family business with family values.
