The team at Northland Volkswagen was great! I was buying a car from out of town and Carmen and Guy did a great job of answering all of my questions and making sure I felt 100% comfortable before making the trip to Calgary. Someone attempted to remove my catalytic converter, but weren't successful. I phoned Calgary Muffler spoke to Al. I had the car towed over and he said he could fix it, and did. I asked if he had any deterrents in the event of a return theft. He did, and he found another Auto place to install it. The thief did come back and took it. I phoned Al again and asked if he could fit me in and fix it. The car went in and it was done same day. I totally recommend this business 100%. Great crew! Lire plus

OMG I am so amazed. Took my boyfriends truck here because the inside was sooo dirty (plus he is a smoker). Got a full interior detail hoping for the best. I never expected the inside of this truck to look brand new! I have no idea how they did it - the BEST by far! Not only does the truck look BRAND NEW, you can't tell he ever used to smoke - they even got the stains out of the seats!
