I have recently found these guys after searching for a place that actually cares, unlike other places (ALL local big name stores shall remain unmentioned), and will now not go anywhere else. These guys are the best. They treat you more like a family then a customer and are always willing to spend the time to talk to you and let you browse. They have the best selection of any place that I have gone and they always try to bring what they can as often as they can. No regrets going here.

I guess someone before me bought a saw and expected the dealership to train them on how saws operate and everything else about “chains” and how you need to sharpen them during use. I would have beaten them with the dull chain and told them to hit he bricks sunshine.

On Nov. 26 my husband skidded off the road near Dawson Creek, damaging our truck. He was towed to KTS Truck Repair. Steven Reynolds couldn't have been more helpful. He stored the Uhaul being towed in his shop and gave my husband a ride to the motel. This is one of the best tire shops I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. My husband and I got a flat and were stranded with nobody who carried our tire size, they did everything they could to get us back on the road, we left a little over an hour later with great tires that will get us to Prince George and farther. Not only did they absolutely bless us with good tires, but they were friendly, so so kind, and hospitable to us. This is without a doubt the place to stop if you need help.

I started my morning at the buttcrack of dawn with a missed flight and locking my keys (as well as my wallet) in my car. It was definitely a crummy start to Easter Sunday. After trying to use a coathanger and a few choice words I threw in the towel and decided to call for help. I figured it was a holiday and a Sunday so I'd be waiting awhile. To my pleasant surprise Rob showed up within 15 minutes after my phone call. He was personable, efficient and professional and I really apreciated it!

My opinion on Shoppers - Their products are good quality, affordable, in stock, I'm always happy with the items I buy. What I can say about this particular store, is that they have the most wonderful, kind, and helpful staff. I am there every morning picking up medication among other things.1 yr ago I was relieved by how the pharmacy team were friendly, despite seeing all my medications. They never treated me like an addict. I could not be more grateful for the staff at Shoppers Fort street.
