What a wonderful drug store! All your employees Are very nice and Helpful! I just had to order some drugs for my sister and the Pharmacy assistant Sheila, was so great! I only have to wait a very short time before going over to pick up the medications. Wonderful, Wonderful! Bravo!

Pharmacy staff are very caring and provide good advice when asked. Staffing often causes problems...too few people on Pharmacy desk. But the staff that are on duty are wonderful!

The parking lot is large so there isn’t any driving up and down the parking lot looking for a spot . I find myself a person that isn’t easy to impress but I have to say that I'm extremely impressed with the store , the cleanliness is by far the best I have seen in most of Shoppers that I have walked into. The items on the shelf were so detailed and properly stacked that caught my eye right away it actually stopped me in my tracks . I was surprised how wonderful it all looked as I glanced around the store . The staff was very helpful and courteous and very keen to help.. I have made it a point to start shopping at this location .

I can't say enough of how wonderful it is to shop here. I have been shopping here since its inception, and all the staff, I mean all the staff are a wonderful team of individuals who are always eager to help and go the extra mile. This is one if not the best place in Ottawa to shop. Starting from the Beauty Boutique, the Manager, her assistant and everyone else is top notch, experienced and knowledgeable. The best team in the City as far as I am concerned.

Went by this afternoon to pick up a last minute Xmas gift at the Bank and Laurier location - a hand cream that was apparently sold out. I asked the employee at the Beauty products counter if she could help. She saw that it wasnt on the shelf and then spent the next 15 minutes tracking it down at other locations. This wasnt her store problem, but she delivered with exceptional professionalism.

I am selling my house and accidentally broke the front glass on my fireplace while moving furniture. I brought the glass to The Stove Store in spencerville hoping that I could get it repaired. Due to COVID there was going to be over 2 months to get a replacement. The lad at the counter said he could cut a new piece and have the door ready for the next day. They cut the glass and replaced it for half the price of ordering a new glass. Highly recommend stopping here.

I am very pleased with the professional approach at the Kent St. Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy. Staff are pleasant and attentive and go out of their way to fill prescriptions promptly and accurately.
What's more, there is no extraneous charge if you have a provincial drug card and seniors save $2.00 on each of their prescriptions. And delivery is free.

I don't usually shop with Wine Rack, but this one is an exception. They really know their wine here. The staff are all young and energetic. Very helpful. The man with the beard (manager?) teaches me something new every time I go in. He knows his products inside and out, but also knows his competition very well. He has recommended several alternatives to LCBO wines, and he rarely misses the mark. I would absolutely recommend this store.

I work for a delivery company and Went to the dollarama at 525 9th east to do a pick up today. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with the packaging requirements and the label was missing. The manager from 1 water street was there, not only did she resolve the issue but she also worked with the employees in a kind and understanding manner which in turn ended up being a solid team effort leading to them learning how to do this and me being able to continue on in a timely fashion. They're amazing. I never wait too long for an appointment. They have many Doctors and a great staff. They have walk ins from 12-8 for all of their patients, which is very convenient when your Dr. is away. Very clean & newly renovated building. The only downfall is that it takes approximately 5 minutes (on hold) on the phone before getting through.

Brought in my Dewalt drill as a auger was stuck in the chuck. I was looking at replacing it but more importantly i needed it for work I was doing at our church. Less than 10 mins later they handed me the drill and the auger- BOTH IN GREAT SHAPE AND NO CHARGE! The repair guy I didn't get his name but I so appreciate your kindness! I'll be back to buy new if this one dies.
