Tyler repaired my chimney this spring and not only did he a great job,but exceeded my expectations. My experience was positive all around-he was professional in his work,listening&answering my questions and was also very friendly. In my opinion he went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied. He is ambitious and genuinely cares to do good work. I get my car serviced here - always good work, always helpful e.g. share info., give recommendations but do not up sell. When I walk in, dogs are allowed and are given a treat as they leave. I always find what I want at this store e.g. a holly bush at the garden center when no one else had one.

Superior Printing is a great place to get any type of printing done! The quality is amazing and very professional. Best quality print job I have received from anywhere I have been. I had business cards, letterheads and envelopes done there. Not only did they do a great print job, but they designed them and did it very well! I may get them to redo my logo. The quality I received was worth every penny. They have very competitive prices and the best quality you can receive in Kingston. They are also great to work with keeping me updated with proofs and great customer service! They do everything from the design to print and binding. They even do signs now. I think I'll get them to make me a couple in the future!

Shelves are always stocked- the staff are friendly- pharmacy staff are cheerful and helpful. There is only one problem - the cashier is often not available - management insists on only one cashier as they want the express machines to be used. Not convenient when I only want a lottery ticket.

When asked about follow up service, he offered references. Debbie, the administrator, was patient and accommodating of my special requests. EK provided a written proposal initially, and a new one when we changed the plan. I had a lot of questions, and they treated me with respect. Great people to work with.

Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.
