I had the pleasure of dealing with Pulse Motors and owner Mr. Gurgi in August 2017. I found everything about the experience absolutely top notch. To be sure, any used car will have an issue or two. Such has been the case with the last three vehicles I have bought from Sim at Five-Star. Every time something went amiss, Jim took it back in fixed it quick and without charge. Like I said. Three vehicles and still a customer.

I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. Both Ashley and Jaclyn were friendly and funny. I'll be back to see them for my next purchase!
