Highly recommend for the cheerful responsiveness when we had a flat tire on our way back to Michigan. We had a rental car and a tight schedule. It was a Saturday morning. The took us right on, replaced the tire, and even submitted preliminary documentation nor the rental company. They turned an unpleasant situation into stood one.

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. They have absolutely amazing customer service and always take time to describe my car issues in terms I can understand. They are very reliable, responsible and never add on charges like some of those other auto shops. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone!
