I have lived in Port Perry for 10 years and have never had a bad experience at Vos. The staff is always friendly and engaging. The store is clean and well organized. Produce is fantastic, bread is fresh and meat is great. I especially love when I see Terry and Christine working around the store. They seem like owners that care about their employees, and their patrons.

The staff at this particular Pet Valu are always so pleasant and helpful. The store is clean and always stocked with what I'm looking for and the location is convenient. I was recently in asking about a particular issue we have with our puppy and the staff offered advice and even called for a second opinion.

First time experience with this clinic and I am sold! Took a stray cat that had been living in my backyard for 7 months in for core vaccines, rabies and a microchip ..Dr.Raj was cuddling him and gave him the best care. What a great experience...and open on a Sunday!

I love shopping at the Independant, EVERYONE, from those that stock the shelves, to those on cash, and everyone in between, are so friendly, polite and courteous it’s ALL done with a smile. I’ve never left the store feeling anything but satisfied. They deserve a great big HUG. I could go on about everything else and how they help me but I’ve only got 500 characters. Absolutely love the pets here. I absolutely loved the bird collections they have and the customer service they offer is astounding. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they carry and animals. The birds they carry are very healthy and friendly. I always walk out of this store satisfied as a customer. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

friendly staff & unlike a super pets they have no one guessing & pushing you to buy whatever they use or are promoting at the time. Their staff seems to have a lot of real time knowledge about what foods they sell. I highly recommend them.
