Leaking refrigerator. RTC rep diagnosed likeliest cause by phone, explained simple repair if I was handy, offered to come in person within 3 days. I was able to fix it and the blocked defrost tube is still working perfectly many days later

Leila was absolutely wonderful. We worked with her for just a short time when my boyfriend and I were looking to rent a condo. We fell in love with one that was over budget and Leila helped us come up with an offer as well as made things go swimmingly with the landlord. After we secured our place she continued to help us - making sure we were set up with keys and answering all of our first timer questions. Smooth car ride from the Airport. Pre arrange pickup instructions were easy to follow and i was in car in less them 3 minutes after stepping out on the Terminal. They track my flight too so that if its late, i don't need to worry.

The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).

He gave me a quote for 50 copies and stuck to it. Steve and Fatima were very helpful in choosing the right cover and binding. He promised that he could get it done in 2 weeks and 2 days later I got a call to come and pick them up. The work was first rate and the books were a big hit at my parent’s anniversary party. Thanks
