Excellent service! I had my pump stop working on a Friday afternoon. This was the ONLY place that called back that day. I received one other call from another business. This was the ONLY one that asked whether we were OK or without water for the weekend. When they came on Monday, they repaired the problem.

It’s been a year since I slipped on black ice and hobbled into The Spinal Garage. I entered a treatment plan knowing that my condition would not be a quick fix. Within 6 weeks my initial pain was reduced and my mobility increased, both dramatically. At each periodic assessment I showed moderate improvements and at the one year mark I’m now showing a reversal in some of the degeneration that I came in with. WE are very happy with the service. We had an issue with a heater/AC unit and with one phone call we were looked after like old friends. The service tech (Tyler) was quick to diagnose the problem and was very pleasant to deal with. The parts were order and the repair was made. Everything is great. I was glad to hear Foot Works has varied hours with some late days to accomodate my work schedule. I love that Foot Works is directly across from the Bauer Lofts near Uptown Waterloo . I loved the friendliness of the staff, the relaxing foot baths while being served coffee, and the quality of treatments. I was relaxed, attended to and my feet feel better already.
