My computer was hacked this week and at the suggestion of a friend I turned to Derek of Bennett Consulting for help. He cleared appointments and set to work. There was a lot of damage and cleanup to do but he got the job done and at a reasonable price. Now I am comfortable using my computer and thank him so much for doing such a great job for me.

I have switched my dentists serveral times looking for the right one and I have finally found them! I never write reviews but this needs to be stated. I have never had a cleaning like this before. Friendly knowledge staff and they even went to extra mile to explain how to use my tooth whitening kit that I picked up from my previous dentist. Just love this place. I don't even know where to start. My 7 year old son loves them so much that he ask me to go every time we drive by. He loves to go even if it's for a filling he gets so excited and jumps for joy. I really believe that this is thanks to the great friendly staff. I also have older children and they also enjoy going. I had a very thorough and pleasant eye exam. Photos were taken of the back of my eye as well as the layers at the back of my eye to rule out any diseases. The doctor took the time to explain everything to me. The office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My glasses were perfect! I would highly recommend this office.

A few years ago I had injured my lower back playing hockey. I could barely walk and after seeing my Doctor, who prescribed me pain killers and anti inflammatory meds, I was seeing no progress. I was referred to Dr.Elkin who after an initial examination which included a scan and ex-ray began my treatment. Within two weeks of treatment I was able to run again and had no set backs. I continued to see him on a regular basis and have always benefited from the treatment and conversation. I would strongly recommend his services to all .

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. I had an fantastic experience at the club. My first impression was that is was very clean (especially the washrooms, which you don't always see in most gyms). Kenny, the head maintenance guy says hi to everyone and knows almost everyone by name (so do a lot of the staff) which is very nice. It's a great environment with great people and very welcoming.
