Recently Priest Chimney Sweep and Restoration responded to a call I made on Friday December 22nd regarding a worrisome burning smell. They came Saturday December 23rd, cleaned the chimney - but identified the problem as electrical. Immediately, they contacted Milley Volts Electrical Contracting Ltd. who came that day and found an electrical outlet that was smoldering and ready to set the house on fire. I am so grateful to both of these companies for their swift, professional action.

Very professional and accommodating. They were able to work around our schedule. They took the time to explain things to me and were very quick efficient and clean! Jesse was recommended by a good friend. I'm glad he did. Jesse was prompt on coming to view my crumbling chimney. He covered all the bases on how to do the correct job. He is a real gentleman to deal with and talk to. His crew were top notch, very friendly and respectable. They take tremendous pride in their work and it shows! Called Patterson Masonry after getting one quote for having our chimney repaired. It is not really in use but shrouds the metal exhaust for the furnace. The house is old and the chimney mortar was in serious break down. Concerned about leaking etc.

We contracted Mike MacDonald Chimney Sweeps & Installations in September 2017. Mike was AWESOME! He took the time to carefully explain the use of a wood burning fireplace as we are new homeowners and new to wood burning fireplaces. Not only did he carefully explain the use of the fireplace, he also explained wood selection and storage. Mike even noticed a couple of issues with our steel roof and the masonry work on our chimney that needed attention. We highly recommend this company.
