Shelves are always stocked- the staff are friendly- pharmacy staff are cheerful and helpful. There is only one problem - the cashier is often not available - management insists on only one cashier as they want the express machines to be used. Not convenient when I only want a lottery ticket.

In my opinion this is the best place to go in Shawville, and possibly the Pontiac, to get your tax work done. The staff here are really friendly and helped me with some of the complexities of setting up a new business. They offered really good advice on how to prepare everything I need when I submit my returns each year. Definitely worth a call!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Silverman and his staff. I am a returning client, and when I went for my consultation he remembered me and was so kind! I AM SO GRATEFUL TO FIND THIS PLACE! To start with its a beautiful new facility but their is is so much more than that! Im having a lot of work done (I neglected my teeth for many years) and the continued skill and professionalism is incredible. They make major extractions and reconstruction almost pleasant! What really impresses me on top of all of this is the kindness and compassion of the staff. Dr. Nick and Dr. Diana are beautiful people inside and out, passionate about what they do.

Went by this afternoon to pick up a last minute Xmas gift at the Bank and Laurier location - a hand cream that was apparently sold out. I asked the employee at the Beauty products counter if she could help. She saw that it wasnt on the shelf and then spent the next 15 minutes tracking it down at other locations. This wasnt her store problem, but she delivered with exceptional professionalism.
