I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

Excellent company for all our Heating and cooling needs. Go to company for Furnace repair and Air Conditioner repair/tune-up. We have used Ardent to service our Furnace and Air Conditioner. Their service is fast and professional. They explain what they are doing and are reliable. Highly recommend them to any new or old homeowner in Barrie and surrounding areas.

The technicians arrived early, respectfully removed their shoes and consulted us about the best placement. The work was done quickly and there was no clean-up required. as expected, installers were professional and personable. Great customer service.

Brandon is an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and most importantly provided a thorough explanation of what was being done. He didnt rush through the job and took his time to troubleshoot and diagnose my AC problem. Our central air system stopped working when the thermometer hit 40 celsius, and thank goodness for Aire One! Our landlord asked us to find someone in Barrie to fix it, and when the service fellow (Michael) showed up, it was up and running within the hour. He was pleasant and knew his stuff.
