I ordered online # of catfood & other cat items for home delivery as I am unable to drive. When I recd the box of items, it was missing 1 of 4 mega pack of dentabites. I called the Regent store as that is where delivery items are pkgd & sent out & spoke to the Mgr.To resolve he arranged to have the missing pack plus 1 more delivered to me even though I live on the other side of the city. which far exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately I did not get his name. Excellent service.

Very good service and extremely professional. I was quite impressed with the modern equipment used. Dr. Brett Puttaert made me feel confident throughout the process. My trifocals are the clearest prescription I’ve ever had and for the first time I can read small print on my iPhone without having to remove my glasses. They double checked the measurements and they are spot on. Highly recommend them.

Kyle and staff are some of the best people I’ve ever dealt with. I had implants put in and it has been a pleasure working with these folks. Always accommodating and helpful. Kavarina (I prob spelled that wrong) did a fabulous job. She took her time with my 5 year old and explained what she was doing. We were travelling from Regina to Winnipeg on a Friday afternoon for a tournament Saturday when our vehicle broke down outside Brandon. The mechanics, and the owner himeself, stayed until after midnight to help us make it to Winnipeg. They were lifesavers, saving us from missing the tournament. Amazing service, amazingly friendly. Can't reccomend them enough! Truly fantastic

I was working on some repairs myself when I got in over my head. I brought my vehicle to Tory's, he and his crew finished what I couldn't. They also looked over what I did do, spent some time to educate me on a few things and had me on my way in very short order. I'm a firm believer in loyalty if treated right and fairly. Tory's saying "It's not what you spend here, it's what you save by coming here" couldn't be any more accurate. I found a new garage to bring my vehicle to.
