Dr. Rea and his team were fantastic start to finish. I had an extensive upper and lower jaw surgery to fix a narrow palette/twisted cross bite. The results have been amazing, and every dentist/orthodontist I have been to since has commented on how good the results have been. We deal with the Tillicum Rona often and have been happy with their service, however we had an issue with a bathroom vanity we recently purchased and weren't getting a good response from the store. Fortunately we were lucky to be able to deal with "Shane". She not only arranged to pick up the damaged one she helped us pick out a new one an arranged delivery promptly. She then followed up to make sure we were satisfied, absolutely we are, thank you so much Shane, we will be back. Lire plus

The salesperson Toufik was over the top helpful. My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution.
