First time in pharmacy following my appointment with my ENT doctor to fill my new prescription I required for tomorrow. Mr Baker, the Pharmacist was most courteos and provided fast efficient service. I was impressed to see a sign showing he won the compounding pharmacy award for the year 2018. I congratulated him and wished him luck for 2019. He thanked me and I left felling like a very satisfied customer who had frequented his pharmacy for years while it was only my first visit. Most rewarding

Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I also previously spoke to Medha and Sherri by phone in the sales dept. and they were also very helpful and genuinely nice! I would definitely shop at this store again.

I can hardly tell you how pleased I am with Staples in Langford. I purchased a gizmo to convert slides into digital images with the help of Kenyon, who gave knowledgeable, friendly service, with technical expertise. Two months later, the converter stopped working. Jo, Mary, and Laurel were all completely helpful. I thought I'd have to send it back to the manufacturer or something awkward, but everyone did her best to make sure I had a new one in short order -- no doubts about my situation, and only a very short form to fill out. Friendly, happy, humourous, and very competent people. Wow. You can't get much better than that.

I needed a custom piece of plastic made for an awning window so I could use my portable air conditioner. Went to these guys, brought my measurements and they had it made in 3 days. When I got it I could not have been more impressed! Above and beyond on the quality I was expecting and the price was way more reasonable than going to home depot to buy a piece of plastic and making it myself. The customer service was great too. Would recommend this shop to anyone. Very impressed

Fairfield Bikes did for $325 including taxes work that Oak Bay Bikes told me would be $600. And Fairfield was apologetic about how much it cost! This is definitely the shop for recreational bikers.

This is a nice little clinic just outside of the downtown bustle. Dr. Nichol has been very helpful and the staff are nice. Overall, the place has a very clean look and feel. Like all medical clinics, the wait can be a bit of a bore, but it's nothing unreasonable. Women looking for paps often need to book weeks in advance, so keep this in mind. :)

Best dental experience Ive ever had, only at Star Dental. The staffs are very friendly and the facilities are clean and modern. I was extremely nervous about my extraction and the staff did their best to make me as comfortable as possible, many thanks to Dr. Komal . The procedure was surprisingly quick and pain-free. I will make sure to refer my friends and colleagues to Star Dental on West Broadway.

I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Always have all my questions answered when I come in. The owner is knowledgable about the products good at helping you find what you want. There is a $50 membership fee but that goes straight back to you once you purchase something. The website is a good place to start looking for items if you want to bronwse, but the store has much more options. Overall great store and have been coming back for many years now

I can submit online and then pickup in the store. That saves me time. In a day when service is generally poor in retail environments, Staple's is an example of what service should be.

This store is great for one big reason. They're open 24 hours! We have relied on this store countless times when dealing with a sick child in the middle of the night or needing one or two last toilettries before departing on an early morning flight. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

He picked up my file from 2011 with Larry.
He is “to-the-point” and his initial consultant rate was very reasonable. He explained the pros & cons and then elaborated the pros out-weight the cons. I look forward to having Mr. Amiri to carry-out the plan from Larry and then to the execute it soon.
