After being messed around by my own insurance after I was rear ended, I had finally had enough and knew I needed professional help. I reached out to Wagners, and was paired with Lisa quite quickly. I'm now retired, but when I was working, Basin (now Denis) was our office's go-to stationery supplier. Always efficient, always accommodating, and always with a huge variety of best quality office supplies. Super fast service too, and even last-minute needs were handled in a highly professional manner. Nice as well to deal with a local stationer, and one which has been around a long time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I went to Downtown Digital because my ipod classic headphone jack was broken. Apple no longer makes these products anymore and no longer services them, This was sad news to me because I depend on my ipod for holding all my music where I go, something I really value. I remembered Jason from Neteffect who now works at Downtown digital. He was able to fix both of my ipods for their broken headphone jack and replaced a battery for a very reasonable price.
