I had an amazing experience with Neil and the team at Carstar Oakville East! I received a competitive estimate and free shuttle service to/from home. The work was finished earlier than promised, and when I went to pick up my car it was completely cleaned inside and out. You can't even tell there had been damage! This shop was amazing to deal with after I had a car accident this winter. They repaired the bumper and front end of my Mercedes and it looks even better than when I bought it. The repairs were done within two days and they even washed and detailed my car - it feels like brand new again! The team communication was great - Tony, Dave, and the lovely receptionist all were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process incredibly easy. Can't recommend the shop enough!

This summer my son was biking on the street. As he wanted to impress everyone he let go of the handlebar. He lost control and scratched the entire side of a new pick up truck. Getting estimates car star was less than half the cost to repair compared to the dealer. The vehicle looked brand-new plus had full warranty on the job for the end of the lease Inspection.
