I have been dealing with Ed's Auto and the family for years. I have had numerous vehicles in, for various stages of repair. Everything from getting a vehicle checked out for a safety down to almost a complete underside rebuild. I would not go anywhere else. Service, customer satisfaction, the level of commitment these people give to their customers, you would think it was their own classic vehicle they were taking care of. I have the highest regard for this gentleman/business. He is definitely a master at his craft. He’s super busy, but worth the wait. When I first arrived in Cobourg, I wanted to make sure my Mother’s Grandfather clock was in good working order. Unfortunately, another “clock man” in Cobourg did more harm than good. I Recently had a transmission problem with my van and was recommended by a friend to take it to PARKWAY RAD AND TRANSMISSION. I was expecting the worst, but the guys diagnosed it as being an electrical issue. The diagnosis was free, and they fixed it the very same day. They even drove me home and picked me up when it was finished! I was so relieved that they were honest as i was told by another MajoR TRANSMISSION shop that i would need a complete re-built at around $3000.00!! I was also pleased to learn that they perform regular maintenance and repairs as well as transmission work. PLEASE ! Do yourself a favour and go see Parkway First. It will save you a lot of money!!!!!
