I had been experiencing issues with my BMW 328I for a couple of years. It was to the point that I was ready to sell it after repeated visits to a number of mechanics in the area who could not diagnose or fix the problems. I was referred to Chris at Indrive and after a brief conversation and a thorough inspection of the car he was confident that he knew what was wrong and provided a very reasonable quote...long story short my car now drives like the day I bought it! 10 STARS!!

At a time when tire changeover is/was paramount, I had discovered a slow leak in one of my front tires due to having run over a nail/screw.
I called at 8 am on a Monday morning and was told I could bring it there for 11:30 am and that it would take approx 1/2 hour.
I left, with repair and payment completed, by 12:05 pm, same day.
I am/was, absolutely satisfied with the work done on site. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Vehicle broke down in Barrie on a Friday morning when I arrived from out of town. My parents and spouse had used Marshall's in the past and were satisfied with the service so I contacted their office and explained my situation. I run a small business up north therefore had to be back on Sunday. They asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away and leave it with them. They had already started pricing parts before I arrived to expedite the repair process. Within 2 hours I received a call to advise that my truck was ready for pick up. My bill was fair and reasonable for the parts and labour completed on very short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My GMC Yukon XL was desparately in need of new brakes and had a most puzzling thumping and vibration going on. Mr Doug did an outstanding job on the brakes, and after a thorough inspection and troubleshooting, discovered a worn out rear U joint which he replaced. Magically, all my frustrating thumping and vibration problems were GONE !! he is an Excellent mechanic, and i highly recommend him.

phone my regular mechanic who i have spent a lot of money with, i had a low tire, he could fit me in that day and i had to go to work the next day so i asked about the next morning and he said when next week. i am a senior, i expected more from him. anyways i went true Automotive. i also need a smoke test and my mechanic wanted to charge me 120.00 but True auto only charges 60.00, so i will be going there from now on.

I dont know why Jeff received such a nasty review from that one customer but I have to tell you that when we brought our Tiguan to him with an engine light on and previous to that we had CTC (I know I know) take a look at it and replaced the fuel pump to the tune of $1500 only to have the problem persist and another shop replacing plugs and ignition coils for another $500 again only to have the issue persist, Jeff zeroed in on clogged intake valves. Fixed it right away and car runs like new.

Ive taken a Cadillac; GMC Sierra & my Jeep to Master Mechanic
Ive been told the truth and given reasonable and reliable service.
But my big story is my daughter leaving Barrie w/her 3 children to return to Florida. Her Pathfinder broke down in Innisfil. We towed it back to Dan at Master Mechanic.They could have put in a new Rad & hoses, but thought it could be repaired more simply. We waited less than one hour & paid less than expected.She called from FLa.& said God bless Dan & M. Mechanic!

My VW Golf would not start, so I had CAA give me a boost but since we are only in Collingwood for 1 more day, I was left to try to figure out what the issue was. I was called Import Auto Center and they were able to squeeze me in. They checked the car out and gave it a clean bill of health, and did not overcharge by replacing the battery or alternator which I was happy with.
