Exceptional Customer service, from the 1st phone call with Barb, to scheduling the job and its completion. Customers should expect this type of service, but Steve & his entire team actually exceeded our expectations. The installation and hook ups of a new fridge, dishwasher & gas stove were all completed on the same day, in a very fast and efficient manner by their service technician. On Jan 31st, a burst water pipe was the result of the bitter cold that visited Hamilton. I watched the water pour down and around a kitchen window, onto the counter and floor. I turned the main off and called Plumbwize. Stu arrived within an hour. He quickly and efficiently replaced a section of copper pipe and repaired another dripping pipe, near the first. The price was reasonable and the service was great. I highly recommend this company and plumber, Stu. A. Donaghue

Very helpful over the phone on initial discussion about bin sizes, rates, etc. Prompt / on-time delivery of a good condition bin with no driveway damage. During bin use, we had a question. Immediately answered with a phone call. Called for bin pick-up and this occurred within about an hour. Final invoice was clearly explained, cost was reasonable and in-line with the original discussion.
Would definitely use this service again.
