Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. They were not open the day we went but they saw us outside and invited us in. They were kind and caring people who made us feel at home. The stained glass things they are doing are fun and exciting. Good stuff.

The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.

I used molly maid service to clean my new home before I moved in. Turns out they don't actually clean. Appliances weren't cleaned, they didn't vacuum and found dust in most places. They were given two - three hours to clean and only stayed just over an hour. I will never use molly maid cleaning services again and don't recommend it.
