So I had signed up for credit counselling (government OPD program) and was paying $1200 per month for 4 years. It seemed like a good idea at the time but I never really understood what it was costing me and assumed the program was the best solution for me. I can see how it may help someone with a very simple and basic problem.
Anyway, Randy from Parley was able to get my payments down to $240 per month for 5 years and I got to keep my house. Do the math, even after paying the credit counselling for 10 months, I still saved over $25000 to go with Randy. And his fee was almost half. And he is rebuilding my credit - best 3 grand I ever spent! I cant say enough about Parley and I am open to share my story with anyone who is willing to listen :)
It is not all rainbows and lolli pops but having someone on your side to help navigate sure does take alot of the stress away.

I did my EMR course 3 years ago and came back to renew my certificate. After already attending Alfred's class previously, I was looking forward to the renewal. He didn't disappoint with his sense of hummour to keep us engaged. He is also super knowledgeable on all courses and Alberta standards. When you don't understand something he makes sure to explain differently so you can understand. He gives you the time needed to ensure you pass and understand everything. I visited their store to have my cell phone upgraded. The guy who helped me got me a new iphone X and actually took the time to ensure that I knew how all the features worked. Mr. Lavender came to my home to give me an estimate the same day I phoned his company. He gave me a price to replace my water lines and sewer pipes, the price and wait time were lower than I expected. The work was completed the following week by 3 very hard working courteous young men.Sandy, Morgan and James kept going till the job was done. They ran into unexpected problems along the way but kept a positive attitude. They cleaned work areas up when finished. I highly recommend Lavenders.

Cody and Colby recently delivered and installed a side vent dryer. A side vent is almost impossible to find and even more difficult to install in a very tight space. Most people would just given up trying to make it fit. Cody and Colby were not to be defeated and found a way to get it to fit properly. Two thumbs up for their excellent customer service.

We hired Another Concrete Company to fix 600 sq ft of floor that had cracked and started to collapse from the weight of a previous tenants machinery. Jimmy Gregory came in and assessed the situation with his engineer, and his crew came in the next week to fix the floor according to the engineers specs for a structural floor.
Super happy with the final work, they came in on budget, floor looks great and the warehouse is now ready for lease. Will use again - highly recommended!

PARLY IN THE STONY PLAIN 170ST was so pleasant, knowledgeable and approachable. I made a mistake going to the wrong branch on my appointment - I asked the Customer Service an appointment in STONY PLAIN but was not realized I was assigned an appointment to 50th. I live in West End, no way I would go to the farthest branch during the high snow, it was good thing PARLY accomodated me. Our transaction done dealt good. Awesome PARLY !!!
