T - 30°C, my car refused to start at the Superstore parking lot. I called AMA for assistance and they sent in Clarence of Flynn Towing. He was so nice and very understanding. Although the car did not start after boosting he offered to wait for the flat bed truck to deliver the car to AutoTrac - prevent any damage from very bumpy roads due to snow drift and poor snow clearing. Next day, car was towed by very professional ladies from Flynns. Towing service was excellent throughout.

Absolutely the best service ever! It had been several years since we had our ducts cleaned, but Fred went above and beyond what past cleaners had done. We are grateful in so many ways because we could have had a fire because of all the soot. The past cleaners didn't pull out the blower and motor to clean and inspect like Fred did. Fred even pulled out original plaster, wood and cable from when the house was built in '56. The past cleaners should have caught this over the years. Thank you!

Ron and his team went out of their way to accommodate our mom when she moved from High Level to Valleyview. They had great communication with us, honest and upfront; they treated us like family. The driver was great and professional when it come to handling all the household items. They were on time, even though the weather was scary; end of November move. Would HIGHLY recommend this company! You will not be disappointed.

This company defines excellent customer service. They demonstrated consideration and care in providing service. My son needed to get to Slave Lake to pick up his vehicle which had been stolen. The company representative Bonnie assisted in coordinating the connection from the Edmonton airport to the Continental Inn connection. They were prepared to wait 5 - 10 minutes in the event the cab ride from the airport was delayed. However, the service went beyond normal expectations in that Bonnie contacted myself to inform me that my son was successful in catching the bus to Slave Lake.
The customer care demonstrated a very high standard which is a rare find. Many thanks!

On Nov. 26 my husband skidded off the road near Dawson Creek, damaging our truck. He was towed to KTS Truck Repair. Steven Reynolds couldn't have been more helpful. He stored the Uhaul being towed in his shop and gave my husband a ride to the motel. We try and give all the restaurants' in Grande Prairie equal time. We have eaten here many times in the last 12 years and especially for breakfast. The food is tasty, very friendly staff, it is clean and has plenty of room and table is you go as a large goup. I would say it is just as good as any of the other restaurants' in Grande Prairie.

Kirtis (at HUB) explored all options and advocated on my behalf for lower deductibles. I was in the process of furnishing a short-term rental home and could not be more pleased with the results. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and very helpful with finding the right furniture for my place as well as ensuring every aspect of my rather large order was completed.
