We were upgraded to ocean view at no charge which was above and beyond our expectations. Then when a work emergency occurred last minute, Erin helped me change my flights and sorted out an airport transfer to ensure I could join my family as quick and easy as possible a day later - no questions asked. I will definitely be booking my next vacation with Kemp Travel!
