We Shopped Kingston big box stores looking for a good quality patio umbrella and were disappointed with low quality and poor knowledge! GO see Mike at St. Lawrence Pools.. They have Top level equipment at fair pricing, and Mike is Knowledgeable, Patient, very down to earth and will make you feel comfortable!! The service was fast and thorough!! 5 Deserving Stars!!! I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!
